"This was my first time dealing with a counselor and didn't know what to expect. I had two visits with Bill Ellis, the SAP for this area. The first visit I came into it very upset with MY situation. Bill was very patient with me and very helpful. My second visit was a lot better, since I had time to think about MY situation, he was still very patient but now I was willing to listen, share, and not afraid to ask questions. Having to deal with the third parties, DOL and the Clearinghouse, everything was done in a timely manner. Overall it was a good experience, thank you Bill for helping me. I would recommend his services."
